Project: Casa Kimball | Architects: Rangr Studio | Location: Dominican Republic

Magnificent luxury villa built in 2008 on a corner of the Dominican coast rock Casa Kimball is a holiday home offered for rental and was designed by the architects of New York at Rangr Studio. Besides a stunning infinity pool, the house has an area of over 20,000 m2 that offers comfort and space that can double as a dream view over the ocean It looks like fantastic Island vacation experience or retreat…I would never want to leave this place

The villa is about 20,000 square feet, and includes two indoor and two outdoor lounges, a dining room with a view centered on the pool out to the ocean, and an outdoor bar area.

Casa Kimball’s lovely features include huge windowss and doors that pivot on ball bearings and have extremely thin and light frames made of a South-American hardwood as strong as steel. Floors and ceilings are covered with local coral stone. The 20,000 square-foot casa has eight suites. – Tuija Seipell

The interior spaces merge with exterior spaces, all of which are designed to allow ocean breezes under shade from the sun, throughout the year. Light at sunset rakes through trees, casting dappled sunlight on the light stone floors in the evening. A long infinity edge pool creates a seamless edge of water in front of the ocean, hiding terraces and a hot-tub at cliff edge that allow visitors to experience the ocean’s roar as waves break on the rocks below.
