Victoria Beckham couldn’t get her nose out of EM Forster‘s The Longest Journey for her closeup featured on the cover of Interview Germany‘s June/July issue.

She eventually loosened her grip on the book for the inside spread which is quite lovely.

We haven’t had a fashion post in a long time, so what better way to return with a fashion post than with Kerr-Ching beauty. Australian beauty Miranda Kerr tries on the autumn season’s new shapes with these recent images featured in The Sunday Times Style. In front of Eric Guillemain’s lens, Miranda is an alluring vision in the designs of Miu Miu, Giorgio Armani and Calvin Klein amongst others selected by fashion editor Lucy Ewing.  The 29-year-old Australian model looked striking in a revealing collection of ready-to-wear garb in The BIG Fashion Issue. – I love the black eyeliner!

Another one of my favorite covers Beyoncé Knowles for Dazed. Styled by Karen Langley in special one-off creations by Gareth Pugh, Tom Ford, Riccardo Tisci, Stefano Pilati, Haider Ackermann and Marc Jacobs for Louis Vuitton. The pictures taken by Sharif Hamza portray the pop diva in a trailer park high glamour. Beyoncé is all color, prints, textures and luxury in this sort of decadent backdrop.

We might well add photographers to that list, too. For the photographer, Venice is a subject that needs no makeup, no styling or fancy lighting tricks to enhance her beauty. Dont you agree?But all beauty can be highlighted and drawn out and made to shine brighter, even if it doesn’t need to be. For the latest issue of Marie Claire Turkey photographer Koray Parlak took to the streets of Venice and created a shoot saturated with his own style of rich colouring, for our splash of colour friday.
