Pep Ventosa‘s style of deconstructing and reconstructing photographic images to create new mosaic-like works is like nothing I’ve ever seen before, very beautiful artwork. His process involves taking as many as 101 photographs of a single subject and then piecing them together like a jigsaw puzzle, creating an entirely new visual experience. I am in love with the image of La Pedrera in Barcelona – I think Antoni Gaudí would be proud. What about you? What is your favorite?

Cool!

Very interesting work with a unique technique. I guess he works with real photographs – this could be done digitally, inside a computer… but I like the idea of all these prints all over a table.
