I would like to share a few photographs from the Vivid Festival from this year, taken by me. The festival seems to be getting better each year, if you have missed out this year make sure you visit next time around. These pictures are from my first visit and do not cover all the displays and artworks. You might ask what is Vivid Sydney? – Vivid Sydney is when city transformed into a spectacular canvas of light, music and ideas take over the city after dark usually starts around May and runs for two weeks.
As it colours the city with creativity and inspiration, Vivid Sydney highlights include the hugely popular immersive light installations and projections; performances from local and international musicians at Vivid LIVE at Sydney Opera House and the new Vivid Ideas Exchange at the MCA featuring public talks and debates from leading global creative thinkers.
