Melbourne based Hecker Guthrie has designed Graze & Kha run by Singaporean company Epicure. Hecker Guthrie decided to adopt a dual approach – they first started by reviewing the overall architectural landscape and framework of the project, and honed the details from there. ”The space within Graze is one that is very long and narrow, much like a corridor. As such, we divided the space into a series of rooms. This thus gave us the opportunity to create different experience within each space.”
